Celebrate summer with our favourite smoothies

Smoothies are a great way to pack in some fruits and veggies, in a portable and easy to eat way. These cold drinks can also help to reduce any pain that you’re feeling as you adjust to your treatment—and they’re a hit with kids and adults alike.

If you don’t happen to have a frozen banana around, you can use a room temperature banana instead and add in a handful of ice cubes. Ice cubes are a great addition if you prefer your smoothie colder or slightly thinner.
