Dr. John McManaman

Dr. John McManaman is a co-founder and Chief Orthodontic Officer at docbraces. Dr. McManaman provides leadership to a network of doctors across all of our clinics and oversees the clinical strategy of the organization. A native of Moncton, New Brunswick, Dr. McManaman founded our ‘Original Five’ docbraces locations. His dream of cross-Canada growth is being realized through our network of docbraces clinics from Vancouver Island to Prince Edward Island.

Dr. Robert Hatheway

Dr. Bob Hatheway is a co-founder and the Chief Clinical Officer at docbraces. Dr. Hatheway began practicing orthodontics with his father, Dr. Donald Hatheway, in 1996. He studied and received degrees at the University of New Brunswick, Dalhousie University, and The University Of Toronto. He is the President of the New Brunswick Dental Association; a member of the Canadian and American Associations of Orthodontics; and sits on the World Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Hatheway served as the 2007 President of the Canadian Association of Orthodontics.

Dr. Jason Tam

Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Jason Tam has built a network of orthodontic practices serving multi-cultural communities across the GTA. He is one of the country’s most respected doctors and has taught internationally for Invisalign. Dr. Tam is also a regular lecturer at various orthodontic meetings for orthodontists across North America.
